Metering system

The user interface allows to put a wide range of metering and measuring tasks quickly into operation. After entering just a few system parameters, the controller parameters are identified automatically and within a few seconds.

The metering box makes continuous dosing as well as batch filling possible, independent of the measuring system. The various metering processes can be documented easily via standard interfaces. Of course, digital recording of all process parameters and control via PC are also possible.

Volume flow (e.g. MID, turbine)
Mass flow (Coriolis)
pH value
Pressure
Gear wheel meter or oval wheel meter

Only two requirements for the pump:

Low-pulsation delivery characteristics
Variable-speed pump drive

Metering box standard in- and outputs:

Inputs: 2 x analogue (0-10 V, 2-10 V, 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA) and 2x digital (pulse and start/stop)
Outputs: 2x analogue (0-10 V, 2-10 V, 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA) and 2x relay
Power connection: 1x 230 V, 50-60 Hz
