Use of GATHER products in food manufacturing
Our customers include large internationally operating breweries and food producers of all kinds. Hygiene and cleaning requirements (CIP cleaning in place) play a special role. Both our couplings and pumps comply with hygiene class H3 (Ra < 0,8 μm) and can be equipped with FDA-compliant materials.
Dosing extracts (caramel/hops) during the beer brewing process
During the production of special beers, dosages of hop extracts, ascorbic acid, caramel and other additives are added to the original beer to adjust the general taste, bitterness level and colour of the special beer.
Beverage-dispense coupling
The beverage-dispense coupling is used for the water supply in kitchens, but also for the product pipes of beverages, such as lemonades and concentrates. They make in-line cleaning (CIP) and a fast connection process possible.

- Dosing of fish oil/nitric acid in food production
- Coupling of nitrogen and water (jam production)
- Dosing of yeast solution and baking fat for coating cereals, pastries and crisps
